"When the reservation was made, we were assured the room was paid for by our credit card. when our niece and our children arrived they were not allowed to check into the room until they produce another credit card of their own to pay for the room. We were assured a note would be attached to the reservation and was assured that this would take place as we were out of town entirely. It is my understanding that the clerk was very uncooperative and knew nothing about the arrangements we had made.
The report to us was that the room smelled and room conditions were poor. I'm sure you don't want our recommendations.
